Oren Shirazi — Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Tower Semiconductor Ltd.

Mr. Oren Shirazi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Jazz Technologies, Inc. since October 2015. Mr. Shirazi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since November 2004 and served its and Vice President of Finance since November 2004. Mr. Shirazi served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since October 28, 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Tower in October 1998 and served as its Controller since July 2000, after serving as Vice Controller since October 1998. He was employed as an Audit Manager in the accounting firm of Ratzkovski-Fried & Co., which has merged into Ernst & Young (Israel), commencing August 1995. He serves as a Director of Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. Mr. Shirazi is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel (CPA), and has an MBA degree in Business Management from the Graduate School of Business of Haifa University with honors and a BA Degree in Economics and Accounting from the Haifa University.
