Mr. Paul E. Miller has been an Executive Vice-President and President of Liquids Pipelines at TransCanada Corporation since March 1, 2014. Mr. Miller serves as an Executive Vice President and President of Liquids Pipelines at TransCanada PipeLines Limited. He is responsible for TransCanada Corporation's Liquids transportation business. Prior to March 2014, he served as Senior Vice-President, Oil Pipelines at TransCanada. Since joining TransCanada in 1990, he has held a variety of progressively senior roles in treasury, finance, corporate development and business development. Prior to December 2010, he served as Vice-President, Oil Pipelines at TransCanada. Prior to July 2010, he served as Vice-President, Keystone Pipeline at TransCanada since May 2008. Mr. Miller served as Director of Corporate Development of TransCanada since February 2003. He served as Director of Finance of TransCanada from July 1998 to January 2003. He served as Manager, Finance of TransCanada until July 1998. He served as a Member of Partnership Policy Committee of ONEOK Partners, L.P. (formerly, Northern Border Partners Lp). Mr. Miller is a Representative on the Northern Border Management Committee. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant.
