Mr. Stanley G. Chapman, III, also known as Stan, serves as Principal Executive Officer, President and Director of CPG OpCo GP LLC. Mr. Chapman serves as Executive VP & President of U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines at TransCanada Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager of U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines since July 01, 2016. Mr. Chapman has been the President of CPP GP LLC - General Partner of Columbia Pipeline Partners LP since July 01, 2016. Mr. Chapman has been Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for various CEG subsidiaries since January 2014. He served as Chief Commercial Officer of CPP GP LLC - General Partner of Columbia Pipeline Partners LP from December 2014 to July 01, 2016. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc. from July 2015 to July 1, 2016. Mr. Chapman served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Customer Services at Columbia Pipeline Partners LP since December 2011. Mr. Chapman served at El Paso Pipeline Company and its predecessor Tenneco Energy for nearly 23 years, where he served as Vice President for Marketing, Business Development and Asset Optimization for its eastern pipelines. He has extensive knowledge of the energy industry and has leadership and management expertise. He has been a Director of North American Energy Standards Board and CPP GP LLC - General Partner of Columbia Pipeline Partners LP since February 2015. He is a Member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Southern Gas Association. Mr. Chapman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
