Tracy A. Robinson — Senior VP & GM of Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines at TransCanada Corporation

Ms. Tracy A. Robinson has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines at TransCanada Corporation since December 1, 2017. Ms. Robinson has overall responsibility for the strategy and execution of sourcing and procurement, including material management, inventory, logistics and payables. She spent 27 years at Canadian Pacific serving in executive roles spanning Operations, Finance and Commercial. She served as Vice-President of Energy and Merchandise, where her focus was the development and execution of initiatives to drive growth across a broad group of business units, including Energy, Chemicals, Metals, Mines & Aggregates, Autos and Forest Products. She served as Vice President of Transportation for Liquids Pipelines at TransCanada and served as its Vice-President of Supply Chain. She joined TransCanada in 2014. Ms. Robinson served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Canadian Pacific Railway with responsibility for the Energy and Merchandise team in advancement of its strategy across a broad group of business sectors. Over her 27 ear career with Canadian Pacific, she advanced through positions across the Commercial, Operations and Finance area. She served as Vice President and Treasurer of Canadian Pacific Railway Company. Ms. Robinson served as Treasurer and Vice President of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since January 1, 2006. Her Principal Occupation During the past 5 years: Assistant Treasurer of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited and Canadian Pacific Railway Company; Assistant Comptroller of Canadian Pacific Railway Company, Assistant Vice-President of Customer Service, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, General Manager of Operations of Canadian Pacific Railway Company. She has been a Director of Smart Sand Inc., since February 2015. She serves on the Dean's Advisory Council of the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. She also serves on the Board of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) Foundation and represents TransCanada at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) Foundation. Ms. Robinson received Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
