What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about my compensation package is the fact that I am salaried for the first time in my career and after three months of being employed i was automatically enrolled in 401k and after a year if employment different pension packages are offered

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Doing work and not getting paid. Doing other people's work and not getting paid extra
