Joshua A. Sherbin — Chief Compliance Officer, Senior VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at TriMas Corporation

Mr. Joshua A. Sherbin, also known as Josh, has been Chief Compliance Officer of TriMas Corporation since May 2008 and has been its Senior Vice President since March 2016. Mr. Sherbin has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of TriMas Corporation since March 2005. He serves as Secretary of TriMas UK Aerospace Holdings Limited. He served as a Vice President of TriMas Corporation since May 2008. He joined TriMas in 2005 and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of TriMas legal activities worldwide. Mr. Sherbin has more than 25 years experience in law firm and corporate legal environments. From 1998 to 2005, he served as the North American corporate counsel and corporate secretary for Valeo, Inc. Prior to Valeo, he served as Senior Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary for Kelly Services, Inc. from June 1995 to August 1997. He started his career in the business and corporate practice at the law firm of Butzel Long. From August 1988 to June 1995, he served as an Associate with Butzel Long in Detroit, dealing with general business practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities, compliance, commercial lending and general commercial agreements. He serves as a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Illinois State Bar Association. Mr. Sherbin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kalamazoo College and a Juris Doctorate from the Wayne State University in Detroit.
