Executive Bio
A native Delawarean, Megan Neal Morgan is a human resources leader with over 10 years of experience, she is currently the Vice President of People Operations for Trinity Logistics, Inc. Megan is a graduate of Wilmington University and is recognized as a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Trinity, Megan worked in the agriculture industry for eleven years and was part of a cross functional team to bring the first organic poultry harvest facility to Delaware and added more than 250 jobs in the community. Megan is an alum of Leadership Delaware, Inc., a founder of the Fund for Women and past board member of Habitat for Humanity, Sussex County.
