What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is just all around fun. They really know how to keep things serious but light hearted at the same time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, i think the whole package is great but i really like that there is not only life insurance for me incase something does happen, but im able to get life insurance for my husband too. Im not sure if that is normal for every company or not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not this heavy weighted feeling in the office. Yes there are tense moments, but the overall vibe of the office is light. I dont walk in and dread being here because there's drama in the air. Everyone is chatting and laughing throughout the day but also being productive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly everyone is just so genuine. People just care about you and your mental health. There's boundaries of course, and the work has to be done but there isn't a tug of war mental battle between taking care of your self, and getting your work done. Both can happen and do happen.
