The environment and culture is very positive; everything flows exceptionally smooth. The mix of culture has given True Care a very welcoming feeling.

Our in-office environment is a mix of several different departments; the communication between all is amazing. My team as a whole is extremely supportive.

The support of not just my team, but all the different teams and departments around me. I look forward to coming into work every day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has gone above and beyond to make sure we know we are appreciated. They communicate changes to us directly and ask our opinions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very friendly and personable experience. Meeting with HR and my supervisor immediately had me feel at ease about starting a new job because of the friendly, understanding, supportive attitude they have.
