Coming out of covid there was uncertainty. I feel like there has been a lot of right sizing in the past three years and no one knows if the company will prevail or not. We are lead ti believe that we are on the right track but the world is so uncertain right now it leaves me concerened.

Shares in the company, medical is decent too! Work from home prevails.

Very Personable and diwn to earth. I do feel lije they care about the employees.
