My manager is the best I've ever had. There are some changes above him that I believe will improve things in our area

Free medical clinic for employees and a yearly health fair.
For our area, I believe I have a good salary and I have 4 weeks of vacation.

There are opportunities to volunteer in the community, and there is a sense of community within the bank itself.
