I'm treated badly by coworkers because I don't fit into the ideal concept of what they think a Tupperware employee should be.
Creating an inviting work environment for everyone involved. My coworkers are highly judgmental and rude to anyone who doesn't fit in as they feel they should.
Everyone who bothers to work gets something out of doing so. I'm not sure I'd consider it fair compensation for the level of work put in, in some cases but at least it's something.
