Most of them are approachable and helpful. They have a clear vision, aligned to that of the CEO, which provides a clear sense of direction.
Good direction and understand next steps
They listen and are continuously wanting to do their best. They don't always get it right but the doors are always open to approach things differently, so we see progress. Their focus on sustainability and inclusion means we are all truly making change happen and we can see that ourselves.
