Mr. James A. Frost, also known as Jack, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tutor Perini Corporation since February 2015. Mr. Frost has been the Chief Executive Officer of Perini Civil Construction, Inc. since March 23, 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tutor Perini's Civil Group at Tutor Perini Corporation until February 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President from March 23, 2009 to February 2015. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Tutor-Saliba Corporation. He served as the President of Civil Operations at Tutor Perini Corporation since March 23, 2009. Mr. Frost associated with Tutor-Saliba for over 22 years where he had been responsible for the overall management of Tutor-Saliba's current civil works operation as well as certain of its large building projects. He served as Senior Vice President of Tutor-saliba Corporation. He has been Director of Tutor Perini Corporation since February 2015. He serves as a Director of Cherry Hill Construction, Inc. His work on the Seven Oaks Outlet Tunnel in 1994 resulted in Tutor-Saliba being awarded National Civil Works Contractor of the Year for the entire United States for its performance on that complicated rock tunnel driven at the Seven Oaks Dam.
