Mr. Roy Anderson, III, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Harrell Construction Group, LLC. Mr. Anderson serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer of Anderson Companies, Inc. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Roy Anderson Corp., at Tutor Perini Corporation. He serves as a Member of Board of Manager and Director of Premier Finance of Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC. He serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of Roy Anderson Holding Corp. In 1982, he joined Roy Anderson Corp. and served as an Executive Vice President since 1984. He serves as the Chairman and a Director of Roy Anderson Corp. He serves as a Director of Premier Finance Biloxi Corp., subsidiary of Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC. He serves on the Advisory Board of Whitney National Bank of Mississippi. He serves as Director of Roy Anderson Corp. He serves as a Director of Medical Foundation of South Mississippi, Gulfport Main Street, Gulf Coast Renaissance Corp., American Contractors Insurance Group and serves as a Member of the Gulf Coast Business Council. Since 1990, he served as the President of the Mississippi Associated General Contractors. He served on the Board of the Gulfport Council Chamber of Commerce, National Board of Directors of Associated General Contractors of America and various other national, state and local organizations. He served as Director of Mississippi Power Co. from February, 2007 to April 9, 2010. He is a Member of the Mississippi Bar. Mr. Anderson is also an Attorney and has a Law Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
