W. David Rogstad — CEO & President of Frontier-Kemper Constructors Inc at Tutor Perini Corporation

Mr. W. David Rogstad, also known as Dave, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc. at Tutor Perini Corporation. Mr. Rogstad served as President of Northwest Division at Frontier-Kemper Constructors(FKCI), Inc. Mr. Rogstad served as Regional Manager of FKCI's Northwest Division Office since 1997 and Vice President of FKCI. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since January of 2003 at FKCI and Treasurer since March, 2003. He joined FKCI in 1995 as an Estimator in the Evansville office. He joined S. J. Groves & Sons Company and served as an engineer on lock, dam and bridge projects on the Mississippi and Saginaw Rivers. Mr. Rogstad served as Project Manager of S. A. Healy Co. on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit's NC-1B project, which involved 35,000 lf of rail tunnel and related structures. He received his B.S. in Building Construction (cum laude) in 1979 and his M.B.A. in 2001 from the University of Washington.
