Mr. Christopher T. DeWolfe, also known as Chris, founded Jam City, Inc.(also known as SGN Games, Inc). in 2007 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is an Advisor at Troy Capital Partners. Mr. DeWolfe served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mindjolt of Gogobot, Inc. He was Co-Founder of Myspace LLC until April 2009 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Adviser. Mr. DeWolfe led the acquisitions and rollup of MindJolt, SGN and HallPass Media, creating a leading independent multiplatform game developer and publisher. He served as an Advisor at Gogobot, Inc. Mr. DeWolfe is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Austin Ventures. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of MindJolt Inc. at Hallpass Media, Inc. Mr. DeWolfe has been President at eUniverse Inc., since October 2002. He is a Co-Founder of Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. Mr. DeWolfe founded ResponseBase LLC and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President, from June 2001 to December 2003. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Xdrive Technologies Inc., from October 1999 to March 2001. From July 1997 to October 1999, Mr. DeWolfe served as Vice President of Marketing at FBBH. He has been Director at Talenthouse, Inc since June 2012. Mr. DeWolfe served on the Board of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He served as a Director of Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc., from November 2002 to April 27, 2005. Mr. DeWolfe has been featured on the cover of Fortune magazine twice, was named one of TIME's 100 most influential people in the world (2007) and chosen by Barbara Walters as one of 10 most fascinating people (2007) and was honored by the latter as Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year (2006). He was honored by the University of Southern California as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year (2006). Mr. DeWolfe holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies and a B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Washington.
