Ms. Dana Walden has been Chief Executive Officer of Fox Television Group at Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. since July 2014. Ms. Walden is a Board Member of Hulu, LLC since November 17, 2017. Ms. Walden is responsible for all facets of the FOX broadcast network, including programming, digital, marketing and other functions and also oversees Fox Television Group, which unites the broadcast network Fox Broadcasting Company (FBC) and the prolific studio 20th Century Fox Television (TCFTV). She has been Co-President and Co-Chairman of Twentieth Century Fox Television Limited since July 2007. She led TCFTV since 1999 and added FBC to purview in 2014 in conjunction with the creation of Fox Television Group. She served as an Executive Vice President of Drama at Twentieth Century Fox Television Limited, where she oversaw an award-winning slate of programming which consistently rated at the top of critic's lists. She served at Twentieth Century Fox Television Limited in the creative department as Vice President of Current Programming since 1994. She served as Senior Vice President of Media and Corporate Relations at both Twentieth Television and TCFTV. Ms. Walden began her career at the public relations firm Bender, Goldman & Helper. She serves as a Director of Twentieth Century Fox Television Limited. She serves as the Co-Chairman of Fox Television Group at Fox Networks Group, Inc.
