Empowering our guilds

To foster community, belonging, and allyship in our employee communities, we’ve committed to supporting our guilds, Twitch’s employee resource groups, through executive sponsorship, leadership development, and quarterly inclusion, diversity, and equity updates.

We currently have eight guilds: Asian Guild, Access Ability Guild, Black Guild, Somos LATAM Guild, Parents Guild, Rainbow Road Guild, Veterans Guild, and Women+ Guild.

Programs for change

Development, Equity and Inclusion are built into our employee training programs, fostering a shared understanding around allyship, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership. We've established mentorship and executive coaching opportunities for our employees and provided differentiated support for employees from historically marginalized and underrepresented identities.
