He served as the Senior Vice President of Operations of UDR Inc. since 2007. Mr. Davies joined UDR in March 1989 as the Controller. Prior to joining UDR in 1989, Mr. Davis served as a Financial Analyst of Crestar Bank from 1986 to 1989. He began his career in 1984 as a Staff Accountant for Arthur Young & Co. He has a broad background in both finance and operations and held positions with Arthur Young and Company and Crestar Bank. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Crestar Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary and is a Certified Public Accountant.
