Mr. Kirk R. Oliver has been the Chief Financial Officer of UGI Corporation since October 01, 2012. Mr. Oliver serves as Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of MP Environmental Funding LLC. He served as Senior Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer InfraREIT Capital Partners. Mr. Oliver served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Allegheny Energy Inc. from October 14, 2008 to February 25, 2011. He served as Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC (alternate name: TXU Energy Co Llc). He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of at Energy Future Holdings Corporation (alternatively name: TXU Corporation) from May 2004 to March 2006, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer since May 16, 2003 and Senior Vice President responsible for finance activity, including capital management and treasury operations and corporate development. Prior thereto, he served as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of TXU Electric Delivery Company, TXU Energy Company LLC and TXU US Holdings Company. He joined TXU in September 1998. Mr. Oliver served as a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers' Global Power Group and was with Lehman for over 11 years. During that time, he provided the full range of investment banking services to power companies, focusing on advising companies in restructurings, asset acquisitions and divestitures and innovative financings. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1987, Mr. Oliver worked as a systems engineer for Motorola, Inc., in Schaumburg, Ill. He spent six years with Motorola, Inc. He managed the design and planning of cellular telephone, microwave and other communications systems for international customers. He serves as Manager of MP Environmental Funding LLC. He serves as Director of TXU Electric Delivery Co. He serves as Administrative Trustee of TXU Europe Capital I. He served as Director of Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company (TXU Us Holdings Co.,) since July 26, 2004 and Oncor Electric Delivery company until February 2008. He served as Director of Oncor Electric Delivery Transition Bond Company LLC (formerly TXU Electric Delivery Transition Bond Co LLC). Mr. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology in 1981 and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from University of Chicago in 1985.
