What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is really smart and hard working. The team wants everyone to succeed and is willing to help whenever anyone needs help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?You work with people from all over the world and its wonderful. there are many diverse programs to engage in. UMass does a lot to give back to faculty and offer assistance towards a healthy lifestyle for all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's not that i feel undervalued it's just employees in academia don't make nearly as much as their industrial counterparts.
