Mr. Anthony J. Fischer, also known as Tony, has been the President of UMB Fund Services, Inc., since June 27, 2014. Mr. Fischer serves as the Managing Director of Brandywine Asset Management, Inc. He served as the Head of Business Development at UMB Fund Services, Inc., since April 4, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President until June 27, 2014. Prior to Millstone, he served as Senior Vice President at BISYS Fund Services. Mr. Fischer has been in management positions within the investment management industry for the past 20 years. Prior to that, he served as a Director of Institutional Fund Services at SEI Investments and Vice President of Operations at Merrill Lynch. He worked 10 years with the Delaware Group of Funds in various officer roles. He has an extensive experience in sales and other management positions with a number of companies, including SEI Investments and BISYS Fund Services. He serves as a Director at UMB Fund Services, Inc. Mr. Fischer is a Business Management graduate of The Wharton School.
