Great benefits and flexibility. Over the last few years, LU has made great strides to listen to employees and implement feedback.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The number of vacation days are a great benefit. The recent addition of the week of Christmas off Is much appreciated.

Liberty is an amazing place to work. The best people and an awesome mission. There can be some annoying bureaucracy but that comes with working in any large organization.
