Baylor as a whole has issues with communication
Leader does not lead. Asks others for their answers/advice/opinions, and passes them along as their own.
Competitive salary, better health benefits
A simple “thank you” from my direct supervisor would be great. The only time we talk is when I’ve done something
Many take advantage of the lack of leadership, which allows then to stay home the majority of the time. This places an unfair burden on the few who aren’t given the same opinion
Most just show up to prove they are there. Some are so deliberately defiant that they even stopped renewing their license multiple years ago, and are still practicing medicine.
My leader and their leadership style
Support (for everything) comes from the top. Quit promoting underachievers, and acknowledge the hard workers
Provide a better candidate experience, communication
Undervalued, underpaid, unappreciated, and over worked.
Staff and employees leaving for other organizations for all reasons I listed. Recognition and ensuring that staff feel valued is essential to keeping good employees.
