There needs to better communication and monitor agents and get some structure at this station and get control of this station
Being organized and doing what you supposed to be trying to do on the job
Be more organized on night shift day shift is very organized it's your night shift that's why you're not keeping people all night shift
It has been an inspector it's a lot to to that job and you're not going to learn it more than 3 weeks but considering the the trainers that I had said that I was doing pretty good in a 3 weeks. Of time so out of me going to my shift and getting fired and me coming in when they asked me to come
Being honest with the employees
Company is trying to with hold PTO that is required to be paid to me by the state law
Not to be working in a toxic work environment when your station manager does nothing to help or correct the situation. One employee thinks she is the station manager, a control freak, creates a toxic work environment, is a bully and the situation continues to get worse.

The station at BDL to put it in so many words is out of control agents come in and out as they please they disrespect the supervisors they tell them what they're going to do and not do no calls no shows someone from the upper management with unifi and United need to come investigate what's going on
