He served as the Chief Executive Officer at ZigMail.com, a pioneer in transactional email management and data mining. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Worldwide Marketing for the Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard Company since May 2010. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Sears Holdings at Sears, Roebuck and Co. since August 06, 2007. Mr. Gerstein joined HP from Sears Holdings Corporation of Sears, Roebuck and Co, where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing from August 2008 to April 2010 and also served as its President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Sears, Roebuck and Co. since August 6, 2007. He drove strong business results and market-share gains with new brand positioning and advertising. He also implemented best-in-class teams and capabilities around customer-relationship management, customer loyalty, digital and social media and program. He was responsible for executing Sears' brand marketing strategies and programs. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Alberto Culver Company and also served as its Global Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the U.S. Business. Mr. Gerstein served as Chief Marketing Officer of Alberto Personal Care Worldwide since April 2005. From 2001 to April 2005, he served as Chief Executive Officer of reflect.com. Mr. Gerstein spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble, where he served various roles in marketing. He has a leadership experience in the US and internationally as both a manufacturer and retailer. He has 30 years of P&L and marketing expertise and an ability to attract and build strong teams. He serves as advisory board of Motista and served on the board of Lands' End. He also serves on the advisory board for the University of Wisconsin Center for Brand and Product Management as well as several early stage companies.
