What makes you most happy at work?
Satisfying the customers, and seeing them leave happier then when they first arrived.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately the leadership in my team has to be the worst display of leadership I've ever witnessed. My manager doesn't teach, only gets angry. It's the coworkers who have been around longer that have patience, and a good guiding hand.
