What do you like best about the leadership team?
That through ups and downs they always get are head back up to work again
Unfortunately the leadership in my team has to be the worst display of leadership I've ever witnessed. My manager doesn't teach, only gets angry. It's the coworkers who have been around longer that have patience, and a good guiding hand.
