For a starting job it's a good place to work but for a career I'm finding it hard that I will be here for the long-term

Never has anyone treated me bad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like a person, and leave me alone to do my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock shares as a monthly payment, better base pay, affordable benefit,better 401k matching and more vacation cause I work hard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I enjoyed was that I got hired I did not like the fact that I had to apply online and couldn't call and talk to somebody before putting in a resume
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
what's hard is that I work too much but I don't get enough time off and I don't get enough PTO to take time off when it matters and when I ask for time off I don't get it when it matters.
