Communicate with each other it's always best to have communication
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to ease up on store level people they are the ones that are the face of the company and they need to show more appreciation for what goes on and what they do at the store
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers at store level work hard and are always there they will do everything they can to make their store run the upper management just come in bark orders don't help they could do more to show that they are supportive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Emploees feel like they are expendable and the company will find anyone else to do it for less money than people who have been there for over 10 years they need to show employees that they value them and will stand behind them at all times
