Steven Campbell — Executive VP of Finance, CFO, Treasurer & Director at United States Cellular Corporation

Mr. Steven T. Campbell has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of United States Cellular Corporation, a business unit of Telephone & Data Systems Inc. since January 1, 2007. Mr. Campbell served as a Controller and Vice President of United States Cellular Corporation from June 1, 2005 to January 1, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 1, 2007. Mr. Campbell leads all accounting areas including operational accounting and external reporting. He joined U.S. Cellular with a wide breadth and depth of accounting and finance expertise. He also served as Vice President for Financial Operations at 3Com Corporation. In this role, he was responsible for managing several financial and administrative functions including controller, treasury, tax, trade compliance, corporate purchasing and real estate/site services operations. He served as Vice President of Business Operations and Finance of CommWorks Corporation. He served at 3Com from 1997 to 2005 where he also held several additional executive-level positions in finance and business operations. Prior to his work at 3Com, he served as Vice President and Controller at U.S. Robotics Corporation from November 1995 to 1997. From 1980 to 1995, he held various financial management positions with Amoco Corporation and its subsidiaries. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has been a Director of United States Cellular Corporation since September 2014. He holds a Master's Degree in Management from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quincy University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
