The best part about my compensation package, is that it comes with a 401K with 5% employer match program. I am 23 and already have over $10K in retirement.

I would feel better with about a 10% raise. I often work very long hours

If the compensation was competitive. There are other companies paying 10k plus more for the same job.

As someone in a tech role, I am paid significally less than others that are "customer facing". My role has moved to two organizations in the last 2 years and they all promise to reevaluate my compensation but they have been dragging their feet. I am one of two people at the company with this role.

I Have 3 years with the company and I am in a higher demand role, cross trained to do multiple jobs and I am being paid less then new call center agents with 1 day of experience.

Pay is less than other competitors offer for comparable jobs.

I would feel better if the bonus structure were more fair.
