Donna T. Mundy — Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs at Unum Group

Ms. Donna T. Mundy has been Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs of UnumProvident Corp. since February 1994. Ms. Mundy is responsible for federal, state and local lobbying, and industry association relations. She served as President of Portland Chamber of Commerce. She served as vice president of UNUM's external affairs department since April 1986 to 1994. She served as second vice president, of federal relations where she successfully developed and maintained it's Washington, D.C., program from 1984 to 1986. She joined UNUM in 1978 as an external affairs associate, and in 1981 she became a director of the department. She served as state vice president of American Council of Life Insurance. She served as Chairman of Maine State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Public Affairs Council, Conference Board's Council of Public Affairs Executives and Vice Chairman of Maine's Commission for Women. She is also actively involved in a number of community organizations. Ms. Mundy holds a political science degree from the University of Maine.
