The company was great to work at prior to 2020. Now they, like many others are paying new people more and current employees are struggling to even move laterally. The corporate culture was strong but is now a joke.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as much as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
At this point I am not happy at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have great PTO benefits and are encouraged to use them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They might listen to our words but they do not take action.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was virtual, I was able to have notes on the screen to remind me of stories for the situational questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I Have 3 years with the company and I am in a higher demand role, cross trained to do multiple jobs and I am being paid less then new call center agents with 1 day of experience.
