This company is conservative in their pay and their views. Extremely far behind in technology and cannot recruit talented IT staff because they pay a fraction of what other companies will. Forced staff back into the office on a hybrid work schedule.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a complete overhaul of senior leadership. This company is about 20 years behind the times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As someone in a tech role, I am paid significally less than others that are "customer facing". My role has moved to two organizations in the last 2 years and they all promise to reevaluate my compensation but they have been dragging their feet. I am one of two people at the company with this role.
