My overall experience at my company is that most of the time it is a great company to not only work for, but to grow your career and life at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is positive-however sometimes different teams are given different opportunities based on their individual managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that they have a high amount of experience and knowledge. Our job is well-documented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team in the IDI department at Unum really cares about the people. Hard work is rewarded with a raise and a generous bonus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package, is that it comes with a 401K with 5% employer match program. I am 23 and already have over $10K in retirement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the fact that I feel very accomplished from the work that I typically do in my day-to-day job. I am rewarded with a raise when working hard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview at my company was definitely challenging, but it identified the best in me. I was able to talk about not just my qualifications, but also me as an individual and how I might fit into Unum's culture.
