Diversity. They announced a new DE&I hire but just like most large corporations since George Floyd, it's just for show. They also need to be more transparent and care about their employee's work life balance.
They might listen to our words but they do not take action.

As someone in a tech role, I am paid significally less than others that are "customer facing". My role has moved to two organizations in the last 2 years and they all promise to reevaluate my compensation but they have been dragging their feet. I am one of two people at the company with this role.
I Have 3 years with the company and I am in a higher demand role, cross trained to do multiple jobs and I am being paid less then new call center agents with 1 day of experience.
