Mr. Eric L. Gerratt, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of US Ecology, Inc., since October 2012 and May 2013 respectively. Mr. Gerratt has been Treasurer of US Ecology, Inc., since October 25, 2010. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of US Ecology, Inc., since October 25, 2012 until May 2013. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of US Ecology, Inc., from October 25, 2010 to May 2013 and served as its Vice President from August 8, 2007 to May 2013. He served as Controller and Vice President of US Ecology from August 8, 2007 to October 25, 2012 and from August 8, 2007 until May 2013 respectively. Mr. Gerratt joined American Ecology from SUPERVALU Inc. where he served as Vice President of Accounting. Prior to SUPERVALU, he held various director level accounting positions at Albertsons, Inc. after service with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he provided audit, accounting and business advisory services. Mr. Gerratt has extensive financial reporting and management experience, as well as significant Sarbanes Oxley, acquisition and post-acquisition integration expertise.
