As a contractor, the benifits i recieve are slightly different from NAF or GS employees. I do have a 401k and dental plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Generally the IT staff are paid 20-25% under the regional average, and every member of the IT team is multi-hatted doing the work of multiple people for lower than average pay.
