Love my job. It's amazing and super cool, but I will leave it because of the toll it takes on family life.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More entrepreneurial mindset. More recognition of the changing structure of modern life with regard to raising families. I will leave because it is not a good life for someone with a family.
