Mr. Richard F. Lashway, also known as Rich, has been a Vice President of Logistics Operations at Valero Energy Corporation since September 2013. Mr. Lashway is responsible for developing and managing logistics projects. He has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Valero Energy Partners GP LLC, General Partner of Valero Energy Partners LP since September 2013. He serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Valero Partners South Texas, LLC and Valero Partners North Texas, LLC. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Development and Logistics Operations for the valero family of companies. He has 16 years of service with valero, including with Ultramar Diamond Shamrock (UDS). Throughout his career with Valero and UDS, he has held critical leadership positions in the commercial and corporate development groups and has been an integral part of key transportation and logistics projects, including the initial public offering of Shamrock Logistics L.P., the predecessor to NuStar and its acquisition of Kaneb Pipe Line Partners L.P. Mr. Lashway has been a Director of Valero Energy Partners GP LLC since September 2013.
