- What did you like most about the interview process?I loved meeting with the founders and the board of directors. I was able to ask very in the weeds questions and I received answers that were genuine.
- What makes you most happy at work?Every day is different and I have full autonomy to work on the projects that I think are the most important.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people and the market opportunity are the most positive aspects of Vartana. Everyone believes in the mission and opportunity of the market space and comes to work ready to drive towards the goal of making this a very successful company.
