Mark Stephen Hoyt is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of VASCO Data Security International, Inc. ('Company'). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, followed by positions in Accounting, Finance and Business Development at Motorola, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Groupon, Inc. operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. He is on the Board of Future Founders and was honored as a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and as a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders class of 2012. He received a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University, an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CPA.
