My Teammates and overall environment.

knowing i am doing a good job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Increased pay. Additional staff so we don't feel overwhelmed. Options for remote work. There is a high turn over rate (we lost 5 out of a 18 person team in the past 3 months).
