Ms. Colleen M. Ryan has been President of Vectren Energy Delivery Of Ohio, Inc., at Vectren Corporation since May 16, 2011. Ms. Ryan served as an Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer at Dayton Children's Hospital. She served as Vice President of Defense Programs at The Dayton Development Coalition. She served as the 88th Air Base Wing and Installation Commander at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and retired in 2008 after 26 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. She has been a Director of Dayton Development Coalition since January 2012. She serves as a Member of the Governing Board at The Dayton Foundation. She served as a Trustee at Dayton Children's Hospital. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Ms. Ryan holds a Master's of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as well as a Master's of strategic studies from Air War College/Air University.
