Ms. Hardwick served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Vectren Corporation since August 2013 until June 1, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer until June 1, 2014 and 2013 respectively. She served as an Assistant Treasurer of Vectren Utility Holdings Inc., Southern Indiana Gas & Electric Co. She served as Vice President and Controller of Vectren Corporation since March 2000 until August 2013. Ms. Hardwick serves as a Director of Southern Indiana Gas & Electric Co.
