Admon teams work hard and operators have the same of more benefits. When we do more eferts and are avaibale 24/7

I think confidentiality coudl be improved
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I consider that we are going through a bad administration: the personnel are not being valued, they are not motivated or compensated, there are many preferences and those who do not work are valued more.
