As Chief People Officer, Chris leads the strategic human resources direction, talent acquisition and talent management for our company. Chris and his team partner with leadership to implement employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and programs that reinforce Ventech Solutions’ People First culture and servant leadership values.
Chris is a U.S. Navy veteran whose career encompasses more than 25 years of human resources experience and leadership working in several Fortune 500 companies as well as more than 15 years of leadership in the federal contracting industry.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University. He received a master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
