She has over 20 years of experience, she led the Genomics Collaboration and Genotyping Technology R & D groups at Affymetrix and served as a Scientific Leader heading the Colon Cancer and Breast Cancer gene discovery efforts at Chiron Corporation. Dr. Kennedy has published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
